Twin Screw Extruder

PTH series extruder has perfect compounding system for maximal flexibility. The extruder equipped with high torque and high-speed gear box, designed with specific torque of 12Nm/cm3 to achieve high degree of screw fill, which results in a decrease of melt temperature, thus improving compound quality.

This helps to ensure a fast return on investment. For masterbatch application, PTH extruder is designed with a new hopper with nesting and a quick-opening die.
